Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
modern room helpful staff quiet location limited selection slow service coffee issue
The room was modern and clean. Staff members were helpful (I especially appreciated the quick check-in). The hotel's location was in a quiet area.
Breakfast had a limited selection. The service at breakfast was slow. I had to ask multiple times for coffee, frustrating.

expensive stay with service issues
cold food poor service
The service was not good. I found the staff unresponsive! i had to ask repeatedly for basic things like coffee during breakfast. one evening, i ordered room service. it arrived cold and was inedible. I really did not like the complete lack of customer service that i experienced.
