My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were acceptable, but I did notice some holes in the blackouts and they looked tired. I was only given two single beds, which was a bit inconvenient, but the balcony had a 'wow' factor with its wonderful view.

The rooms, although spacious with a nice bathroom and big balcony, felt a bit rough around the edges, especially room 502 which was old, dated, and had mold in the bathroom. However, the service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was convenient for exploring Genoa, although not outstanding. The dining experience was overall good, with a highlight on the Ligurian cuisine corner. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
